Mrs. Mills said that lighting will be discussed at the Recreation meeting. <br />Landscaping[arass Maintenance - Aintree North Pump Starion - Mr. Hovancsek said that he has <br />not met with someone from the Sanitary Engineer's office, but will attempt to do so within the next <br />week. <br />6694 Wilson Mills Road (Godfrey) Removal Debris - Mrs.Mills said that Mr. Amendola has sent <br />notices to several property owners regarding work to be done on their properties. <br />Mr. Amendola said he had contacted the residents at 6694 Wilson Mills Road last week. They told <br />him the weeds would be cut following that and they were. <br />6678 Wilson Mills Road (Stark) Removal ara eg and paving of parkin lot - Mr. Amendola said <br />that he has been unable to make connections with them. They know what he wants done. He has <br />requested that the garage be torn down. <br />6617 Metro Park - Removal of Debris - Mr. Amendola said that he has had a problem getting in <br />touch with her. <br />6232 Wilson Mills Road lMikulal lawn repaired - Mrs. Mills said that Mrs. Mikula's lawn was <br />repaired by the County and that she is happy with that. <br />Ubner 40 - Metro Park Svstem Meeting with Mr. Coles - Mr. Hovancsek said that he met with <br />_- -. - representatives from the Metroparks several days ago. He asked if they had a drainage map. They <br />said they thought so and they will check. He said they were upset with the fact that the Village has <br />not done something to retard the storm water. He suggested that a meeting be held for the Village <br />officials to discuss this subject further. <br />Mrs. Mills suggested that this be discussed at the next Ordinance Review meeting. <br />Mr. Pietrafese suggested that the Village give the residents affected some feedback so they know <br />that we are doing somethinb. <br />Mr. Hovancsek asked if he should send them a copy of the letter that he wrote to Mayor Carmen <br />and Council. <br />Mr. Pietrafese suggested that letter be sent to the residents. <br />Mrs. Peirce said that everyone should see the damage done and see their driveway and Upper 40. <br />She said the Village must not put the enormous expense on them. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mr. Flynn asked if a deterniinarion has been made regarding where the responsibility lies. A <br />determination should be made and a plan should be formulated. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said that we have a lot of information regarding that area.
