That is all that must be done to implement the new procedure. Mrs. Mills asked if Council wanted to amend the agenda to consider the bids received for the police cars, 1VIrs. Mills said the only bid received is from Bob Howard in the amount of $1,500 (for both vehicles.) Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to amend the agenda to include "_Consideration of the Police Car Bids." ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Mr. Femante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to accept the bid from Bob Howard Auto Sales for the purchase of the 2 used police cars in the amount of $1,500. ROLL CALL-: -AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Bid Accepted Third Reading of Ordinance No. 90-20, enritled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING NEW CHAPTER 903 OF TIHE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VII.LAGE, OHIO;- PERTAINING TO SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 4/16/90, Second Reading 5/21/90, Third Reading/Tabled 6/18/90) Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a rnotion to remove Ordinance No. 90-20 from the table.
