Introduced by the Entire Council. (First Reading 5/21/90, Second Reading <br />6/18/90, Third Read°uig & Tabled 7/16/90, Itemoved from Table, Passed, and Vetoed by Mayor <br />Carmen on 8/6/90.) <br />Mr. Ramos said that Ordinance 90-24 is under Council's reconsideration since it was vetoed. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance 90-24. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills <br />NAYS: Mr. Pietrafese, Mr. Rinker <br />Third Reading of Ordinance N0. 90-29, entided; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TBE <br />SECTION 1357.02 OF TBE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VII.LAGE, OHIO, - <br />PERTAINING TO TIHE ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE CONDITION AND DECLARIlVG AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6/18/90, <br />Second Reading 7/16/90) <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 90-29. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Third Reading of Resolution No. 90-44, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DECLARING CLASSIC <br />CHEVROi.ET TO BE TIiE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR TEE PURCHASE OF A 1990 <br />CHEVROLET CELEBRTTY FOUR DOOIZ STATION WAGON IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED THIIZTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THREE DOLLARS THIItTY-FOUR <br />CENTS ($13,503.34) LESS TRADE-IN, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF <br />COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR SAID VEHICLE, REJECTING <br />AI i" OTBER BIDS RECEIVED AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
