Special Council Meeting 8/27/90 Page 3 Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 90-37. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker NAYS: Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Flynn, and Mrs. Mills Mr. F1ynn said he felt more discussion was needed before considering the legislation. Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Gazebo Dedication Ideas Mrs. Mills asked when construction would be completed; has a date for dedication been set Mayor Carmen asked Council to think about what type of event they would like to do and about a date so it can be discussed at the next Caucus. He said he has thought about holding a band concert or a picnic and feels if the event were held anytime during September we would be safe weather-wise. Snow Removal A eg Limit Mayor Carmen said he thinks an age limit should be set. He suggests if a resident is 60 anytime this yeaz they will qualify for the program. After that, they would qualify for the program next year. Emnlovee Incentive Tickets Mayor Cazmen explained that we are running low on tickets for the incentive program since the baseball and Blossom seasons are coming to an end. Mrs. Mills said that it will be discussed at Caucus. Bid for Painting the Fire Station Chief Mohr said that one bidder has picked up specifications. He said the specifications include the type of paint to be used (a galvanized paint.) Mr. Basile said he would like to make a motion that the minutes of the Golf Course Acquisition Committee Meeting of August 13 be entered into the minutes of this Council Meeting so there will be a permanent record as to the results of their study. Mr. Pietrafese seconded the motion.
