<br /> <br /> <br />Regulaz Council Meeting <br />9/17/90 <br />Page 11 <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three sepazate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 90-38. <br />Mrs. Mills said this ordinance is to appropriate the dollars to the Recreation Board fund. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 90-39, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECT'ION <br />1501.03, SUBSECTTON F-412.0 OF TBE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO PERTAINING TO THE INSTALLATION OF KEY BOXES ON <br />PROPERTIES PROTECTED BY AUTOMATIC ALARM SYSTEMS AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills said Mayor Carmen suggested this ordinance remain on first reading this evening. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 90-40, entided; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br />303.99(a), 333.01 AND 335.07 OF TBE COD IFIIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, PERTAINING TO TRAFFIC OFFENSES RELATING TO ALCOHOL AND WHII.E <br />UNDER LICENSE SUSPENSION SO AS TO COMPLY WITH CURRENT STATE LAW AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Fenante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiruig an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 90-40. <br />Mr. Ramos explained that this ordinance is 17-18 pages long just to convert the local ordinances to <br />what State law did on July 22. He will copy it to Council as soon as it is prepared. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAY5: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />(in dde) <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 90-60, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TfE <br />MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TBE CITY <br />OF CLEVELAND FOR TBE RESPONSE TO HAZARDOUS MATERIAL INCIDENTS <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
