168 Regulaz Council Meeting 9/17/90 Page 10 gieinen's Incinerator - Chief Mohr said the E.P.A. stated that if smoke is seen coming out of an incinerator, they are using the incinerator incorrecdy. It would be a breech of the permit. Their pernut will expire at the end of November. If we have the grounds, we are in a good situation. We could contact the Division on Air Pollution Control to see if they are properly using the incinerator. Mayor Carmen suggested we take video and regular photos of the smoke. It has been a recurring problem. He would also like to know how quickly someone can come out to see it. Chief Mohr said their pemut expires November 30. He thinks this is a good time to create an ordinance to ban medical incinerators. Discussion was held. Mayor Carmen asked Mr. IZamos to draft an ordinance with a reasonable compliance period. Mayor Carmen asked that Donna attempt to set up a meeting with Chief Mohr, Mr. Ramos, Jack Heinen, and himself. Aintree North Landscaping at Entrance of Timberline - Mr. Pietrafese said they re-did the cul-de- sac and the front entranceway. Mayor Carmen said we are willing to help the associations who want to beautify their front entrances, but they should come to us with a cost estimate first. He said we need input up front and for Mr. Pietrafese to please let them know they should come to us to discuss=it-beforehand: = Mr. Pietrafese asked Mr. Amendola to take caze of the corner at SOM and Aintree. Mayor Cannen said if there aze no objecrions from Council, we will reimburse the Aintree North Home Owner's Association for the landscaping work in the amount of $126.24. There were no objections. Starion Wagon for Service Department - Mrs. Mills said the legislation is on the agenda.. Snow Removal - Mrs. Mills said a resident brought to their attention the problem the snow removal contractor had with the turning radius on certain drives last year. Mayor Carmen said he is not sure there is anything that we can do; we will ask them to be more careful. First Reading of Ordinance No 90-38, entided; "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES & EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD VII.LAGE, OHIO, FOR TBE PERIOD FROM 01/01/90 AND ENDING 12/31/90, REPEALING EXISTING ORDINANCE NO. 90-36 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
