Mayor Carmen asked for figures on how much it cost us to buy the golf course, what the debt service will be, and how much it will cost to run it. Second Reading of Resolurion No. 90-53, enritled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TBE MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH BURGESS & NIPLE, LIMTTED TO CONDUCT A STORM WATER MANAGEMENT UTII.ITY FEASIBILITY STUDY, AUTHORIZIIVG TBE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO PAY AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($45,000.00) AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to table Resolurion No. 90-53. Mayor Carmen reminded Mr. Hovancsek that is is imperarive that we receive the specifications by the end of the week so that we can have the results by the Caucus. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Tabled NEW BUSINESS Starting Date - Street Striping - Mr. Hovancsek reported that that they have been working and are moving rapidly. Mr. Flynn said he would like Council to amend the agenda to include Resolutions 90-62 and 90-63. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend the agenda to include Resolurions 90-62 and 90-63. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Agenda Amended Fire Station Painting - Started 9/2 - Chief Mohr said they have finished the first coat of paint and have painted the second coat on two sides. They should be completed this week. Smoking Ordinance - Stanlev Air Tool - Chief Mohr said he met with the general manager and is satisfied. Mayor Carmen suggested the Ordinance Review Committee review the ordinance about putting "more teeth" to it.
