2 96 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/19/90 <br />Page Six <br />Gazebo Ceremonv and Time Capsule - Mayor Carmen reported that the Village is slowly collecting <br />mementos of this year. He anticipates the capsule will be buried early next year. <br />Snow Plowing - Mrs. Mills asked that an update be included in the summary for Council on <br />Friday. <br />Mr. Pietrafese asked if the Village could make trick-or-trea.t hours earlier. <br />Mayor Carmen said he had also received several phone calls from residents who thought 9:30 was <br />late and may consider cutting back a half hour and starting the hours a half hour earlier. <br />Municipal Center Meeting - Mrs. Mills asked if Mayor Carmen had heard any outcome. <br />Mayor Carmen said that the architects took the information and he assumes they will be putting <br />something in writing which he will distribute to Council. <br />No Ordinance Review Meetin2 Scheduled for December (because of the holidavs) - Mrs. Mills said <br />there will still be a meeting next week. <br />Parkview Golf Course - Mr. Basile said he would like the resolution Council received in their <br />packet included on the agenda. He said the resolution did not have a number. <br />Mrs. Mills said in lieu of the fact that Mr. Ramos had received correspondence from Mr. LaConte <br />and that Parkview Golf Course will be discussed in Executive Session, a number was not assigned <br />to the resolution Council received in their packet. She asked the Clerk of Council for the next <br />number. <br />Miss Heath said the next resolution number will be 90-76. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 90-39, entided; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />1501.13, SUBSECTION F-412.0 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO TBE INSTALLATION OF KEY BOXES ON <br />PROPERT'IES PROTECTED BY AUTOMATIC ALARM SYSTEMS AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/17/90, <br />Second Reading 10/15/90) <br />Mr. Ramos said that Chief Mohr had expressed some concern that several buildings would have <br />more than one key box in a multi-tenant building. He said that will be left to the discretion of the <br />Fire Department; if tenants wish to locate all keys in one box or separate boxes, they are allowed to <br />do so. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 90-39. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br /> <br /> <br />
