,,: _ ;::.; <br />Regulaz Council Meeting <br />11/19/90 <br />Page Seven <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />97 <br />Liquor Transfer from Lawson Milk to Dairv Mart -(No objections received: <br />Form returned 11/15/90) - Mrs. Mills reported that that Donna returned the letter to the State <br />since no objections were received. <br />Federal Emergency Flood Loss Information - Mrs. Mills asked Mr. Hovancsek how the Village is <br />doing. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he is preparing the plans to submit with the application for the community <br />rating system which is mandated by F.E.M.A. to be in by December 15. He said that a Worton <br />Park resident had three claims because of flood loss but it is not a major problem. Mr. Hovancsek <br />said the report will be fairly lengthy and he will distribute copies to Council before is is submitted. <br />Sanitazy Sewer Agreement - Mr. Ramos said after the meeting he had sent a letter to the County. <br />He said that it is srill being worked on and he hopes to have it resolved by the next Council <br />Meering. <br />Heinen's Incinerator Permit - Mr. Ramos said he attended a meeting at the Cleveland Air Pollution <br />Board this afternoon. Representatives of Heinen's were there. The Board was considering <br />whether or not to renew Heinen's permit. They had in their files 3-4 letters?from,,residents-about ---- <br />the problems Heinen's was having with its incinerator. They are only supposed to use the <br />incinerator between the hours of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. They have put a padlock on the door to <br />ensure the incinerator is not used during unauthorized hours. Mr. Ramos said the Boazd may ask <br />for a performance test to be sure the incinerator is working properly. And, based on that, they will <br />make a recommendation on whether or not to renew the pernut. He said that an announcement of <br />an open hearing will be advertised in the newspaper so residents will have the opportunity to voice <br />their objections. Mr. Ramos said that Mayfield Village has taken the stand that as long as they are <br />taking preventative measures, and he thinks they have taken those steps, not to stand in their way. <br />He said we will be in touch with the Cleveland Air Pollution Board. <br />.?- <br />Mr. Pietrafese asked for a timetable. .,,. <br />Mr. Ramos said they were unable to tell him when the meeting would be. <br />Fire Hydrant Repair - Mr. Pietrafese recognized Chief Mohr for expediting the repair work on the <br />hydrants. <br />Place for the storage of financial informarion on tape medium - Mr. Patrick explained that the <br />insurance firm recommends that the Village have outside storage of computer information. He said <br />the price is based on how many tapes are stored; right now the usage will be minimum. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize the Mayor and President of <br />Council to enter into a contract with Private Safe Place for the storage of financial information on <br />tape medium. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Cazried <br />Authorization Given
