<br />Special Council Meeting <br />1/30/89 <br />Page 3 <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to remove Ordinance <br />No. 89-2 from the table. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Removed <br />From Table <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Ordinance <br />No. 89-2 (per amended copy dated 1/30/89.) <br />Mr. Ramos explained that the whereas clauses were changed in the <br />1/30/89 amended version of Ordinance No. 89-2. He said that Mr. Rinker <br />had helped him make the amendments and had pointed out hte purpose of <br />the ordinace. Mr. Ramos said that he will be submitting all of the <br />ordinances relating to all issues that need to be put on the ballot in <br />May to the Board of Elections. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mr. Rinker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance <br />No. 89-2 as amended. <br />Mr. Ramos explained the amendments to the ordinance. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />As Amended <br />ANY OTHER MATTER TO COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mr. Ramos said he wanted to make Council aware that Mr. Musca has asked <br />about a parking variance. He said that this may be brought up at the <br />Caucus and that they may have to act on it at the next meeting. Mr. <br />Ramos said that it was his understanding that Mayor Carmen had asked <br />Planning and Zoning to review the request and make a recommendation to <br />Council. <br />Mr. Petschauer asked if Mr. Musca has complied with the other matters <br />and suggested that Council not consider a variance until he has <br />fulfilled all -his obligations. He feels that the 10' buffer is still <br />being violated. <br />Mr. Ramos said that he thought all the problems had been resolved. <br />Mr. Rinker suggested that Mr. Musca be asked to submit a written <br />proposal. <br />Mr. Ramos said that he will contact Mr. Norton.
