Special Council Meeting 1/30/89 Page 3 Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to remove Ordinance No. 89-2 from the table. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Removed From Table Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 89-2 (per amended copy dated 1/30/89.) Mr. Ramos explained that the whereas clauses were changed in the 1/30/89 amended version of Ordinance No. 89-2. He said that Mr. Rinker had helped him make the amendments and had pointed out hte purpose of the ordinace. Mr. Ramos said that he will be submitting all of the ordinances relating to all issues that need to be put on the ballot in May to the Board of Elections. Roll Call: AYES: Al1 NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Amended Mr. Rinker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 89-2 as amended. Mr. Ramos explained the amendments to the ordinance. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted As Amended ANY OTHER MATTER TO COME BEFORE COUNCIL Mr. Ramos said he wanted to make Council aware that Mr. Musca has asked about a parking variance. He said that this may be brought up at the Caucus and that they may have to act on it at the next meeting. Mr. Ramos said that it was his understanding that Mayor Carmen had asked Planning and Zoning to review the request and make a recommendation to Council. Mr. Petschauer asked if Mr. Musca has complied with the other matters and suggested that Council not consider a variance until he has fulfilled all -his obligations. He feels that the 10' buffer is still being violated. Mr. Ramos said that he thought all the problems had been resolved. Mr. Rinker suggested that Mr. Musca be asked to submit a written proposal. Mr. Ramos said that he will contact Mr. Norton.
