Special Council Meeting 2/27/89 Page 2 Second Reading of Resolution No. 89- 8, entitled; "A RESOLUTION RE- ESTABLISHING TERMS, CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION FOR THE SERVICES OF THE HUMAN SERVICES DIRECTOR AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. (First Reading 2/20/89) Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 89-8.
