Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire <br />Council. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution <br />No. 89-16. <br />Mr. Ramos said there were several different avenues the Village could <br />take legally. He will prepare a report for Council regarding those <br />options. <br />Mr. Flynn asked that the Clerk of Council forward copies of the <br />resolution to Governor Celeste, Senator Fisher, Representative Suster, <br />Representative Feighan, the Ohio EPA, and to the Hillcrest communities. <br />Mr. Petschauer asked if one consideration was to get the other <br />communities involved.
