Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Entire Council. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />89-13. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Al1 <br />I NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mrs. Mills asked the Clerk of Council to note on the calendar that <br />future Safety and Service Committee Meetings will be held on the first <br />Monday of each month at 7:15 prior to the Council Caucus. <br />Mayor Carmen said that there will be a Village Days Committee Meeting <br />on April 4 in the Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Carmen said he would like to thank Mrs. Mills for the <br />professional job she did of running the meeting tonight. <br />Mr. Rinker asked that the GSX Facility be discussed at the next Council <br />Caucus. <br />Mayor Carmen explained that he had received information from Village <br />resident Dan Rieber regarding the incinerator facility which is located <br />in Cleveland. He said that he became concerned about the proposal <br />because it would include the incineration of hazardous waste materials. <br />He said that he has asked Donna Heath to get additional information <br />about the project to see what, if any, opposition the Village might <br />want to take.
