He said <br />that Sgt. Jay has suggested that a temporary hold back sign with a double <br />bar be painted on the road and that a larger sign be installed. <br />Left Turn Signals at Wilson Mills and S.O.M. - Mayor Carmen said they <br />can't be modified until the end of the project either. He said that Mr. " <br />Hovancsek is getting information on that. , <br />Construction of New Service Road - Mr. Amendola reported that two informal <br />written quotations were received: <br />King Excavating $4,250 <br />Northeastern Road Improvement $4,300 <br />He described the asphalt pad and how the leaves would be stored. He said <br />that the Service Department will dig trenches to bury stumps and will <br />build a mound. <br />Mayor Carmen asked if anyone has looked at the construction road area from <br />a drainage standpoint. <br />Mr. Amendola said that they will be putting a drain in the center of it <br />f and that Mr. Hovancsek had looked at the area. <br />Mayor Carmen asked Mr. Wolszynek to have Mr. Hovancsek write a letter <br />advising us that there will be no drainage impact as a result of this <br />improvement. ' Mr. Rinker thanked Mr. Amendola for his creative response to this problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Ramos said that since the informal bids received are under $5,000, <br />Council would be able to accept one bid by motion. He said that since Mr. <br />Amendola has obtained two written quotations, Council can approve such <br />expense. Mr. Ramos stated that the approval is to be contingent upon <br />receipt of a letter from the Village Engineer stating that no adverse <br />effect wiii occur to the adjacent property owners as a result of the <br />contruction of the service road and leaf storage.
