He explained that Del Marous (who was to provide
certain pertinent information) had not gotten out of the hospital on
time and that he told Bob Bright about a week ago that he didn't want
to wait any longer--that he should find an alternate quote for that
portion of the job. Mayor Carmen said that by Wednesday he should have
a price as to what the whole cost is. He said that provided the cost
is reasonsable (like $80,000) the Village will pay the rest (not paid
by the developer). He said the Village is committed to doing the work
this year but if it turns out to cost $160,000 we will have to find the
dollars to get it.
Bob Newkirk, 6858 Creekwood Lane, asked if the project would be bid.
Mayor Carmen said yes, that anything over $5,000 must be bid.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Regular Meeting of Council - April 17, 1989 - Mr. Basile noted the
following corrections: On page 8, Ordinance No. 89-8 should have read
Ordinance 89-14, and at the bottom of the page, Cadnimmmmm Mm_ S%-]1G
should be added along with its title.
