MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL J Mayfield Village June 19, 1989 The,Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, June 19, 1989, at 8:05 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield Village Hall. Council President Santo Basile presided. Roll Call: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, Mr. Petschauer, and Mr. Santoro Absent : Mr. Rinker Also Present Were . Mayor Carmen, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos, Chief Mohr, Chief Stevens, and Miss Heath. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. OPEN PORTION Mr. Dan Reiber, 874 Beechers Brook Road - said that he would like to solicit the help of Gus Amendola and Steve Hovancsek regarding the sewer line construction. He said their assistance is needed to be sure the contractor repairs the road that was damaged before his bond is returned. He cited an incident that occurred about 5 years ago where the bond was returned before repairs were made. Mr. Reiber said that he wants to go on record that the residents on Beechers Brook want to be involved before the bond is returned to the contractor. They want to be sure the road is in 1007 good shape (not the way it is now) when the bond is returned to the contractor. Mr. Amendola said that he was notified by the Village Engineer to hold the bond and to keep an eye on the job. He said that there has been no one on the job site since then. Mr. Amendola said that as soon as they see them that they will carry out the engineer's instructions. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES ' Regular Meeting of Council - Ma_y 15, 1989 - Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the minutes.
