<br />Special Council Meeting <br />7/13/89 <br />Page 4 <br />A gentleman in the audience said that you must have a place to be able <br />to go back in and finish the job. <br />Mr. Pietrafese said that he'd like to see the other 30% of the project <br />put out for bid. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Randy Spoth, 6847 Deepwood Lane, suggested that Council make an <br />amendment stating that the drawing would be completed in a given number <br />of days. <br />Mrs. Finke said that it was agreed the Village could do the four houses <br />this year. She said that Mayor Carmen said there were no dollars to do <br />the entire creek. Mrs. Finke said that there are points of entry off <br />Whitehaven and Bramblewood. <br />A gentleman in the audience asked if there was an expiration date about <br />going ahead with the bid. <br />Mr. Pietrafese said he'd like to see the whole thing done at one time. <br />Mr. Rinker said we would try to do as best we can; all we can do is to <br />get someone to bid the rest of the thing. ? <br />Discussion was held about the Service Department going through property <br />belonging to one resident to get to another resident's property. Mr. <br />Amendola said that he cannot go onto private property without the <br />permission of Mayor and Council and permission would need to be <br />obtained from the property owner as weii. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Ramos said that a motion by Council is needed to authorize the <br />engineer to draw up a plan for the rest of the portion of Aintree <br />North. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize the <br />Engineer to draw up a plan for the remaining portion of the Aintree <br />North drainage problem. <br />Mr. Basile asked how soon the plan could be prepared. <br />Mr. Wolszynek said that he was not sure; he will have to check with Mr. <br />Hovancsek. <br />It was clarified that the area consists of the remaining area from <br />S.O.M. to the Ziernicki parcel. <br />Mr. Pietrafese asked if the cost is acceptable if the work could <br />coincide with the lower end.
