iLoi 9 Regular Council Meeting 8/21/89 Page 3 STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the committee passed plans for two decks and hot tubs, and an accessory building at their last meeting. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for a meeting this month. Cemetery - Mrs. Cinco said there was no report. Citizen's Advisor_y Committee - Mr. Basile said the Committee met on July 24. They discussed Aintree North, Progressive, tax abatement, and various other items. (See 7/24/89 CAC minutes.) Commission on ARinQ - Mrs. Mills said there was no report. Fair Housing Committee - Mr. Petschauer was absent; no report was - given. Mrs. Mills said that another meeting date has not been set. Finance - Mr. Flynn said that the committee discussed'the following: Resolution 89-51 and Resolution 89-52. They need more information about Resolution No. 89-52 before they'll recommend passage. They recommend approval of the following legislation: Ordinance No. 89-31, Resolutions: 89-53, 89-54, 89-55--but they would like to see the street striping specifications, 89-56, 89-57, and 89-58. Mr. Flynn said they would also like to approve the expenditure of $2821.93 for traffic tickets. They have a number of questions concerning Ordinance No. 89-22. Bob Bright from Burgess and Niple will come in and give a break down on his proposal. He said there are many questions to be answered. The Committee also discussed the MCIC (Mayfield Community Improvement Corporation) regarding Industrial Revenue Bond status. Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mrs. Cinco said there was no report. Historical Society - Mrs. Cinco said they participated in the Highland Heights Home Days. They were in the Mayfield Village Days parade and participated at Village Days. Over 100 people toured the historical home. She said there was an overwhelmingly favorable response regarding the progress on the home. Mrs. Cinco said that the heating in the home has been completed and the plumbing will be done by the end of the month. The topsoil has arrived for the landscaping to begin and bids are out for painting. Their next fund-raising event will be the turkey raffle which will be held in November. M.A.R.C. - Mr. Rinker said there was no meeting. Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Basile said there was no meeting. Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile said that they had received a request for an outside patio but this matter has to be taken up at the next Caucus.
