?, ? <br />?ti':=? <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/20/89 <br />Page 12 <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 89-47, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 1333.01(a) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, PERTAINING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE 1990 EDITION OF THE NATIONAL <br />ELECTRICAL CODE SO AS TO INCORPORATE IN SAID SECTION ALL AMENDMENTS TO <br />THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact ordinance <br />No. 89-47. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 89-48, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 105.03(C) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />PERTAINING TO THE COST OF PROVIDING REPORTS OF REAL PROPERTY AND <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TAXES, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT <br />HEREWITH, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ramos said that Council could place on first reading or suspend the <br />rules. He said this legislation will allow the Finance Department to <br />collect $7.50 for real property and special assessment tax reports. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance <br />No. 89-42. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />
