Hovancsek said he thought it affected 3 property owners. He said <br />the assessment amount will vary depending on their frontage. <br />Mr. Flynn asked Mr. Hovancsek to look at the hole at S.O.M. and White <br />Roads. <br />Approval of viiiage Days Dinner Expenditure - Mr. Flynn, seconded by <br />Mr. Rinker, made a motion to approve the expenditure for the 1988 <br />Village Days thank-you dinner. (The amount was $353.54.) <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Ordinance No. 89-31, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br />1(A)(2)(f) AND (1) (A)(2)(g) OF ORDINANCE N0. 89-10 PERTAINING TO <br />WAGES, BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR <br />EMPLOYEES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR COMPENSATION <br />FOR THE POLICE SECRETARY AND RADIO DISPATCHERS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br />INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMEP.GENCY." (First Reading <br />8{21/89, Second Reading 9/18/89, Third Reading & Enacted 10/16i89, <br />Vetoed by Mayor Carmen 10/18/89.) <br />Mr. Ramos explained that since Ordinance No. 89-31 was vetoed by Mayor <br />Carmen in order to override his veto it must be voted on tonight. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to override the <br />Mayor's Veto of Ordinance No. 89-31. <br />Mr. Basile said that he has checked pay scales of other municipalities <br />and ours is just about the same.
