' Carr Asphalt Paving - Approval of additional expense - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to approve the additional expense of $250 charged by Carr Asphalt for cleaning the lot at the Service Department before it was sealed. Roll Call: AYES: Al1 NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Approved Employee of the Week - Approval of Cav's ticket expense - Mr. Basile said that we need approval of the expenditure for Cavaliers tickets purchased for the "Employee of the Week" program. Mr. Rinker read the nomination from the Fire Department tliat won "Employee of the Week" for the week of December 4. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Rinker, made a motion to approve the purchase of four Cavaliers season tickets for the "Employee of the Week" program in the amount of $3,444. Roll Call: AYES: Al1 NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Approved Second Reading of Ordinance No. 89-44, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING ? NEW SECTION 514.14 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE PERTAINING TO THE ALLOCATION OF FINES IMPOSED FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 11/20/89.) Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 89-44.
