ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Appointments Confumed Mayor Pietrafese said he would like to thank these people for coming out tonight and for dedicating their time. and efforts. He said they aze not being compensated. Mayor Pietrafese said some of these people have been on committees for years and years; they keep on coming back and doing a super job. COMMENTS FROM COUNCII. PRESIDENT RINKER Mr. Rinker had no comment. DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS Mr. Patrick said he sent out a large packet of information to Council to update them regarding how things have progressed in the Finance Department over the past five years. Mayor Pietrafese expressed thanks to Mr. Patrick for bringing us up to date; we appreciate that. Mr. Diemert said he is following up on the prosecution of Fisher's Tavern for their sign violarion; studying the civil case as to whether it could be reinstituted; the Sutton pre-trial will take place this coming week. He will give more of a report after the pre-tria1. Mr. Diemert said he filed an answer on the Bruno case. He has provided opinions regarding check-signing, availability of public records, and conveyance of municipal property. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board met and approve two single- family dwellings and a deck. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for the Board to meet this month. Cemeterv - Mrs. Cinco had no report. Citizen's Advisorv Committee - There was no report. Cornmission on Aging.- Mrs. Cinco said she was not aware of any report. Mayor Pietrafese explained for the audience that due to this time of transition many committees have not met.
