? <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />1/20/92 <br />Page 3 <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS : None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, rnade a motion to approve the appointments as <br />mentioned on the January 20, 1992 correspondence to Council from Mayor Pietrafese. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Appointments Confumed <br />Mayor Pietrafese said he would like to thank these people for coming out tonight and for <br />dedicating their time. and efforts. He said they aze not being compensated. Mayor <br />Pietrafese said some of these people have been on committees for years and years; they <br />keep on coming back and doing a super job. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCII. PRESIDENT RINKER <br />Mr. Rinker had no comment. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS <br />Mr. Patrick said he sent out a large packet of information to Council to update them <br />regarding how things have progressed in the Finance Department over the past five years. <br />Mayor Pietrafese expressed thanks to Mr. Patrick for bringing us up to date; we appreciate <br />that. <br />Mr. Diemert said he is following up on the prosecution of Fisher's Tavern for their sign <br />violarion; studying the civil case as to whether it could be reinstituted; the Sutton pre-trial <br />will take place this coming week. He will give more of a report after the pre-tria1. Mr. <br />Diemert said he filed an answer on the Bruno case. He has provided opinions regarding <br />check-signing, availability of public records, and conveyance of municipal property. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board met and approve two single- <br />family dwellings and a deck. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for the Board to meet this <br />month. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Cinco had no report. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Committee - There was no report. <br />Cornmission on Aging.- Mrs. Cinco said she was not aware of any report. <br />Mayor Pietrafese explained for the audience that due to this time of transition many <br />committees have not met.
