? <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />1/20/92 <br />Page 4 <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said the Committee met this evening. He was re-elected Chairman. <br />The committee recommends passing the following resolutions: 92-01 (with slight <br />modifications), 91-02, 92-03, and 92-04. <br />Mr. Flynn said the municipal complex is srill on hold They are getting information and <br />input. He expressed thanks to Mr. Patrick for his excellent work during the last five years. <br />Mayor Pietrafese explained that Mr. Patrick has submitted his resignation as Finance <br />Director effective January 31. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Fenante said there was no meeting; no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Cinco said that work has resumed on the house; the hearse will be <br />in the display room soon; and two rooms are to be finished by April. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco said they met January 9. Election of officers will be held in <br />March. She has minutes to pass on. All programs have been going phenomenally. <br />Ordinance Review - Mr. Rinker said the meeting is tentatively scheduled for next Monday <br />(January 27) at 6:30 p.m. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile was not present; no report. <br />Recreation - Mr. Fixler reported the Committee met December 18. He said that Recreation <br />would like to hold a craft show November 28 at the Service Building. They have received <br />70 responses to their day camp questionnaire which the committee will be discussing at <br />future meetings. They will also discuss the possibility that swimming lessons may not be <br />offered. Heinen's would like to rent the fields and we discussed what we felt would be a <br />reasonable fee that would also cover the landscaping. The Recreation Committee is <br />requesting a change in the sponsorship of the 5 Mile Run and addirional information about <br />the maze. <br />Safety and Service -1VIrs. Cinco said they did not meet in January. They will met February <br />3 at 7 p.m. , <br />Water District Committee - Mr. Rinker said they have not met but will plan to do so within <br />the next month. <br />OLD BUSINE S <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No 91-59 enrided; "An Ordinance enacting Chapter 131.03 <br />of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, establishing a Community <br />Development Committee and changing the name of the Village Days Committee to the <br />Summer Activities Committee and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor <br />Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
