Mr. Diemert explained that this ordinance was held over from last year. It has been re- drafted as Ordinance No. 92-01. Therefore, it should be defeated to cleaz it from our records. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Busa NAYS: Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fenante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Rinker Morion Not Carried Ordinance Failed NEW BUSINESS First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-01, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending Section 131.03 and establishing new Section 131.07 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayf'ield Village, Ohio changing the name of the Village Day Committee to the Activities Committee and establishing the Mayfield Village Growth Committee, respectively." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Fenante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-01. Mayor Pietrafese said they are changing the Village Days Committee to the Acrivities Committee and establishing a Mayfield Village Growth Committee. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-02, entided; "An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Gates Mills Towers for the installation, maintenance and operation of SPAN radio communicarions equipment, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three sepazate occasions. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 92-02.
