47 <br /> <br />? <br />L <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />3/16/92 <br />Page Nine <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if Council could have the list of names of the Activiries Committee <br />members before approving them that night. Mrs. Cinco asked if the concert scheduled <br />from 3-6 p.m. on the 4th of July could be scheduled later. She said she sees no problem <br />with 1950's Night. <br />Mr. Rinker and Mrs. Cinco said there is a School Board Meeting Thursday, March 19, at <br />8 p.m. One topic on the agenda concerns tax abatement. <br />Mr. Busa said he has one more report. He was directed by the Mayor to attend the <br />Cuyahoga County Board of Health District Advisory Committee Meering last week. All <br />business matters were addressed and resolved. He discussed various topics of mutual <br />interest with Gates Mills Mayor Collister. Mayor Collister suggested a friendly golf game <br />be arranged. <br />Mr. Fixler said that last week he went through the historical home. They are in need of <br />some more funds. He would like Mayor Pietrafese to consider putring more monies <br />toward this. <br />Mrs. Cinco said they are working on the budget. Gates Mills gave $200; they have their <br />own historical society so did not donate as much monies as the other communities. <br />Mr. Fixler said if the Mayor would consider giving additional monies he thinks they would <br />appreciate it. <br />Mr. Flynn asked what the problem with the street lights in Hanover Woods is. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he asked C.E.I. to change the one orange light to match the others. <br />He will remind them of the request. <br />There being no further business, Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to <br />adjourn. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />1Q:1? p. <br />CVl7NCIL PRESPDENT, BF?JCE RINKER <br />6. <br />: at, <br />MAYOR, BLASE PIETRAF E <br />CLERK COUNCIL, DONNA J.
