March 23. 1992 - Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion <br />to approve the minutese <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Muiutes Approved <br />Special Council Meeting, Apri16. 1992 - Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to <br />approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMIVIENTS FROM MAYOR PIETRAFESE <br />Mr. Rinker said Mayor Pietrafese is enjoying Florida. <br />CONIlVfENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT RINKER <br />Mr. Rinker had no comgnent at this time. <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS <br />Mr. Rinker said that Tom Hanculak is present from Joe Diemert's Office and will be reporting for <br />the Law Director. <br />1VIr. Louis Hovancsek said we got the road bids out on the 16th. We will receive bids on May lst <br />Mr. Toth reported they had a Finance Committee Meeting this evening; he will let the Finance <br />Committee Chairman take that up. <br />Mr. Hanculak reported that the matter known as "Bruno v. Mayfield Village" has been settled. All <br />papers have been received by his office today. <br />Mr. Rinker asked if they were fully executed. <br />Mr. Hanculak said yes. <br />Chief Mohr requested Council's permission to be allowed to put the following items out for bid: <br />the air compressor, ambulance, and starion exhaust system. All are budget items previously <br />discussed in Safety and Service. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a morion to authorize the Clerk of Council to advertise <br />for bids for the three items Chief Mohr stated above. <br />Mr. Rinker said that Chief Stevens had requested to be excused; there was nothing on the agenda <br />for the Police Department so he obliged. He did not want to pull anyone off the road.
