57 <br />Regulaz Council Meeting <br />4/20/92 <br />Page Three <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Boazd - Mr. Amendola reported the Boazd met and passed on a deck and two <br />signs (concerning Fisher's Tavern and the Historical Society.) <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for them to meet this month. <br />Cemeterv - Mr. Flynn said there was no report. <br />Cirizen's Advisorv Committee - Mr. Rinker said they are meeting later this month. <br />Commission on Aging - Mr. Busa said there was no report. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said they met this evening and considered 5 or 6 items: <br />1) Regarding the appointment of Steven Toth as Finance Director, they have <br />asked him to come back with a proposed number of hours and compensation which <br />will be distributed to Council first and then discussed in Executive Session. <br />2) Human Services Director compensation - they are referring to the Ordinance <br />Review Committee and with any other Director in the employ of Mayfield <br />Village. <br />3) Allocation for legal services - Michael Gavin - They will get a hold of him to see <br />how much to budget up front and what their projecrion for that case is for 1992. <br />4) Exhaust System for Fire Dept. - They are waiting for information from Chief Mohr. <br />5) We were going to talk about the gazebo walkway and would like to hold on that <br />until they get additional information. <br />6) Expenditures for Jones Equipment & Painting of Service Dept. - They would like to <br />have any acrion that must be taken done at tonight's meeting. <br />7) Line Item for Municipal Complex - The Finance Committee will get back to Council <br />on the particular amount the Finance Committee will recommend. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said there was no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Cinco reported on the progress of the historical house. The 1882 hearse <br />has come to rest at the Bennett Van Curen home. It was moved into the coach room on March 28. <br />The annual Arbor Day ceremony will be held this Friday at 10 a.m. This is a joint effort with the <br />Mayfield Village Garden Club. The Mayfield Horticulture students have implemented an herb <br />garden. Mrs. Cinco said she hopes to see a lot of you there. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco said they met Apri12. This is the first time they have had a new treasurer <br />in 10 years and looking into an audit or a review. There was an overview of their upcoming art <br />show in the fall. Also in your minutes will be Pool Advisory meering minutes from the meeting <br />held on Apri18. She received all minutes Saturday so they will be distributed in the packets this <br />Friday. There will be no meeting in May. <br />Ordinance Review Meetin - Mr. Rinker said we need to schedule a meeting in May. Discussion <br />was held. Mr. Busa could not be there. Mrs. Cinco might have a conflict. The majority of <br />Council decided the meeting will be held May 13 at 7 p.m. (Note: The time was discussed again <br />later during the meeting and changed to 6:30 p.m.)
