iJ o Regular Council Meeting 9/21/92 Page Ten ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None - Motion Cazried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-32, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and awazding a contract with Protect-O-Seal, Inc. for crack sealing and joint sealing various streets within the Village." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. rixler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Rinker NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-32. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 92-33, entided; "An emergency ordinance authorizing certain agreements for the release and replacement of easements for the installarion and anaintenance of water mains relative to the Progressive Insurance project." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to.be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and Mr. Rinker , NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 92-33. Mr. Hovancsek said he reviewed the legal easements and found them to be correct.
