?8G, <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />10/19/92 <br />Page Twelve <br />Council reconvened at 10 p.m. <br />Mr. Rinker said a matter of personnel was also discussed during Executive Session. <br />Aoroval of Expenditure to Bob Hill <br />Mr. Rinker said they ought to approve $7,365 that he has incurred regarding the SOM/Highland <br />quadrant. The additional amount can be paid later upon finalization of the master plan. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the expenditure of $7,365 to <br />Itobert C. Hill, Inc. for the cost to complete the S.O.M. Center/Highland Road study. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fenante, Mr. Fi3cler, Mr. Flynn, <br />and Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None Motion Cazried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Projects to be submitted for Issue II Funding <br />Mr. Hovancsek explained the projects to be submitted for requests for funding. Our projects do not <br />compete one against the other, they compete against all the applications made ta D.O.P.W.I.C. <br />Mr. Rinker asked if they need separate resolutions or they could authorize them in total as they <br />have been outlined. <br />Mr. Diemert said if there are no objections to any of the individual ones, that is oka.y, but he will <br />draft them separately for the applications. <br />Mr. Rinker said with that understanding, he requests a motion that four separate requests be made <br />(to be drafted by the Law Director) and to adopt a resolution in tide this evening authorizing the <br />Mayor to seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 92-41 (in tide) and <br />to authorize the preparation of the individual requests for financial assistance from the State Issue <br />2. <br />Resolution No. 92-41, entided; "An emergency resolurion authorizing the Mayor to seek financial <br />assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure Bond Program Funding of various capital <br />infrastructure improvement projects." Introduced by Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolurion Adopted (in title) <br />Requests to be prepared <br /> <br /> <br />
