<br />Special Council Meeting <br />11/2/92 <br />Page Four <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to recess into Executive Session. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:45 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:02 p.m. <br />Progressive Insurance Drawings <br />Mr. Rinker said Council will review the drawings on November 16. <br />AWhalt Pad at Service Doartment <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he had a preconstruction meeting with the contractor about the asphalt pad at <br />the Service Department. The contractor anticipates starting in two weeks, however, they were <br />advised by the Board of Health that the minimum distance from a stream is 100 feet so they cannot <br />place the pad where it was planned. To move it, they will have to cleaz a portion of the area and <br />put fill in. He said there will not be additional expenses to the paving contractor. <br />1VIr. Rinker asked Mr. Hovancsek to give him a ballpark figure on the expense of preparing the <br />area. He asked if it will be less expensive than the cost of hauling the leaves away. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said it will be much less expensive than hauling the leaves away. He will obtain <br />informal bids on the clearing and other work to prepare the azea. He will submit the information to <br />the Mayor. <br />Mr. Rinker asked Council's pleasure. <br />They felt it must be done. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to adjourn. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />The <br />1 m <br />CLERK OF <br />a,T:0?
