?85, <br />Special Council Meeting <br />11/2/92 <br />Page Three <br />Mr. Rinker asked Council if they felt the Mayor should have access to the caz for his personal use-- <br />if he should have full and non-restricted use in his duries as a Mayor, no use, or restricted use of <br />the car. <br />Mr. Basile said no use. <br />Mr. Fixler said he would compromise--qualified use. <br />Discussion was held. <br />Mr. F1ynn suggested they take a poll whether the Mayor should have use of the car and the <br />mechanics of its use could be worked out thereafter. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Busa, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn <br />NAYS: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fenante, and Mr. Rinker <br /> <br />The majority of Council does not feel Mayor Pietrafese should utilize the vehicle. <br />Mr. Diemert said he was not sure what Council just voted on; he will check the Charter. <br />Mayor Pietrafese said he would like Council's approval for him to bid on the third car. <br />Mr. Rinker said there is no restrictions on the car, it is open for anyone to bid on it. <br />Sale of Vehicles <br />Mayor Pietrafese said several bids were received on the 1982 Plymouth Grand Fury and the 1988 <br />Ford Crown Victoria. T'he highest bids were from Michael Girbino in the amount of $300 and <br />$800 respectively. He recommends the vehicles be sold to Mr. Girbino. <br />Mrs: Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to authorize the sale of the 1982 Plymouth <br />Grand Fury ($300) and the Ford Crown Victoria ($800) to Michael Girbino. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Carried <br />Sa1e of Vehicles Authorized <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCII. <br />Mr. Rinker read the notice regazding the funeral arrangements for John Lisy's father who just <br />passed away. <br />Discussion was held about John Deere loader. <br />Mr. Rinker said, as he had indicated earlier, he would like Council to make a morion to recess into <br />Executive Session to discuss property.
