??? <br />12/21/92 <br />Page Six <br />Mr. Rinker said he is going to take a point from Mayor Pietrafese--this invoice is broken into two <br />separate parts. The $3,996.14 reflects the invoice that he presented to us September lst, 1992, <br />for the S.O.M. Center/Highland Road Development Study. So far as we have utilized that, we <br />would be pretty hard pressed to say that that is not money which should be paid--he is entided to <br />that in prompt payment. Mr. Rinker said he thinks there is a logical dividing point at the <br />Mayfield Comprehensive Plan and suggested Council approve the $3,996.14 at this time. <br />Idlr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to approve an expenditure of $3,396.14 for <br />payment of an invoice dated 9/1/92 to Robert C. Hill for the S.O.M. (First Reading 3/16/92.) <br />Mr. Diemert said a motion to amend the ordinance is necessary (as previously discussed.) <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 92-08 pursuant to <br />the descriptive letter provided by the Law Director dated 12/21/92 which complements the <br />amendments (as stated above). <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Ordinance No. 92-08 to be referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Second Reading; of Resolution No. 92-12, entitled; "An emergency resolution establishing the <br />maximum compensation for members of Council."
