Mr. Feneli replied that April 2nd is the deadline <br />so it would give them a week to work with. <br />NEW BUSINESS ~ ~. <br />Ordinance 80-10, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RECONSTITUTING•~• <br />THE RECREATION BOARD OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES <br />75-10 and 1093." Introduced by Councilman Spellman • <br />Mr. Bennett stated that everyone had received copies of the revised <br />standing rules and asked if there any questions. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that the wording in the ordinance,r,which~is correct,`. <br />is in conflict with the Standing Rules~~regarding the required number <br />of members. <br />Discussion was held with the wording to be corrected by Mr Spellman. <br />Mr. Flynn asked who is the director of the Recreation Board, Mayor <br />Beebe replied Tom Keptner. <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an~.~ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES:. All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended. <br />Miss Trask,~seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a-motion to pass Ordinance <br />80-10. <br />Mayor Beebe commended Mr. Spellman for his indepth study of the Recre- <br />ation~Rules.
