•~95 <br />Mr. Bennett stated that-a matter of litigation had been discussed <br />pertaining to a settlement;~Mr. Bennett read the ordinance.: <br />Ordinance 80-13, entitled, "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE-AUTHORIZING SETTLE- <br />MENT OF A.LAWSUIT BY THE PAYMENT OF $2,98.0.00 TO SPIETH, BELL, MC- <br />CURDY AND NEWELL COMPANY, L.P.A." Introduced by Mr. Bennett <br />Mr. Carmen,. seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />.Roll Call: AYES: ~IMessrs.,_Bennett, Boger, Carmen, Mrs. Hanus, Miss <br />Trask and Mr. Spellman <br />NAYS: None - - <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Flynn Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Boger, seconded.by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance 80-13. <br />Roll Call: AYES::.
