,,. ~ :., ~ ~ .»~ 'A +'6M~w~r+ rmm~rimX~:4, '~'^b'~;- <br />G <br />V <br />r <br />The meeting reconvened at 9:45 P.M.\ <br />Ro11 Call: Present: Messrs., Bennett, Carmen, Flynn, Mrs. Hanus <br />and Miss Trask <br />Mr. Bennett stated that the purpose of reconvening was for the <br />consideration of legislation regarding False Arrest Insurance <br />which will expire at midnight, Sunday, March 16th. <br />Ors":Lnance 80-14, entitled, "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE DECLARING <br />_:.~SE ARREST INSURANCE TO BE NONCOMPETITIVE AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />:.PURCHASE OF SAME." Introduced by Council as a Whole <br />Mrs. Hanus", seconded by Miss Trask, made the motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. . <br />Ro11 Ca11: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass ordinance <br />80-14. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried:; <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Miss Trask, made the motion to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />There being no objections, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 P.M. <br />COUNCIL PRESIDENT' <br />~2~~~ ~ <br />CLERK OF COUNC <br />
