Council as a Whole made the motion to confirm the appointment of Mr. Richard Etzler to complete the remaining 4~/z year term on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Ball Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Appointment Confirmed Mr. Feneli gave the oath of office to Mr. Etzler. Second: The Mayor announced the promotion of Ronald A. Prygo to the position of Sergeant in the Iblice Department as reviewed by Council at their last meeting. Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to add another sergeant to the Police Department. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS': None Motion Carried Position to be Filled Mr. Boger, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to appoint Ronald A. _ Prygn as Sergeant of the Police Department. Roll Call: AYES: All `NAYS: None Motion Carried ?Appointment Confirmed Mr. Feneli gave the oath of office to Mr. Prygo. COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS: Mr. Bennett commented that Mr. Prygv has been with the Village for 17 years. Mr. Bennett stated that through the efforts of Mr. Amendola, Mr. I~vancsel~ and Mr. Feneli the Village is .now. certified to inspect all schools. STANDING COMNLITTEE REPORTS: Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported on the meeting of Mays X59 19 0 at which the following matters were reviewed: Remodeling Changes for A4r. Cygan at 6759 Glenview were approved. A Library and Den addition were approved for Mr. Beatty at 896 Northboro Drive. A Family Room addition for Mr. Hornyak of 925 Landes Road was approved. A Family Room addition for Mr. Amos of 6801 Eastgate was rejected. The Galier-Carlini Building at 651 Beta Drive is pending approval with changes requested. Mr. Amendola stated the Galier-Carlini Proposal will need Council°s approval. The Site Plans will be available at the next meeting.
