2~$ Page 8 <br />Mr. Boger announced his plans to resign as Councilman <br />on the sale of his home in the~Village. He does have <br />the sale has not been finalized. He asked Council to <br />Mr. Harold Rassau as his replacement. Mr. Rassau has <br />time resident and is presently serving. as an Auxiliar <br />in the Police Department. <br />contingent <br />a buyer but <br />consider <br />been a long <br />y Patrolman <br />Miss Trask stated she had been contacted by a resident on Seneca <br />who complained that Deacon's is parking cars on residential property. <br />Mr. Hovancsek suggested Mre Deacon be required to erect a fence <br />between the properties. <br />Mr. -Bennett questioned if .the zoning. requirements indicated a fence. <br />Mr. Amendola replied that it is not.required. He has asked Deacon <br />to. move the cars on many occasions and they comply but within a few <br />months: they. are there again. Mr. Deacon has an arrangement with Mr. <br />Godfrey to park the cars but it is in violation of the code. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated Mr. Deacon has not complied with anything we <br />have asked. for in the last eight years. He is creating a nuisance. <br />Mr. Feneli suggested citations be issued instead of warnings. <br />Mayor Beebe said the 4th draft of a letter to the residents needs <br />Council's signatures if it meets with their approval. He and Mrs <br />Beatty made changes over the Law Director's recommendation and it <br />needs to be taken to the printers as soon as possible.. <br />Mayor Beebe commented he had attended the Garden Club's Show to take <br />some pictures and they should be congratulated on a fine job.
