He would not be a part of this. <br />Mr ..-Boger said we wouldn't be shutting these contractors out'as <br />they have the privilege,of'bidding.~ - <br />Mr. Carmen said he had to agree with Mr. Amendola that the amount <br />of monies saved would not compensate for the loss of good will. <br />Mr. Amendola to arrange for the work to be done. <br />Mrs. Hanus reported on the meeting held by the Cemetary Board of <br />Trustees and she had a question for the Law Director:. Some of <br />the plots are'not going to be used by present owners and how does <br />the law read on the price of these lots; do they have to be sold <br />for the original purchase price; If so, can.they then b,e resold <br />at a higher, fair market price? - ~ ~ ' <br />Mr..Fene'li said the Cemetary"Law is a creature unto itself and he <br />would have to talk to a friend~of his who does .this kind of work.' <br />He couldn't promise anything but would do hip best. ' <br />Mrs. Hanus reported the Village's dues has not been paid as yet. <br />Mr. Flynn asked Mr. Feneli as to when the Fire Department could <br />expect their code to be adopted. <br />Mr. Feneli..s_aid he is combining our local code with the State <br />Code making it a more stringent code. Also, he had to amend the Alarm Ordinance. <br />Discussion was held and it was decided that the correct procedure <br />to follow was to have the information reviewed by the Safety <br />Committee and then a request for legislation to come from the <br />committee. - <br />Mr."`Amendola questioned-of the $230,000 included the estimate <br />turned in by Steve for the paving at the Service Building. <br />
