~~~ <br />Blvd® intersection. The work will be done by the County and should <br />be completed this fall. The $5x00 License Fee Monies will be used <br />for the project. Total cost of the project is $307,;000.00. The <br />Village will have minimum expense of approximately $300.00 as they <br />will only have to pay for water fixtures.~_._. ~ , <br />Mr. Bennett commented that initially the Vil'lage~was`'~going to have <br />to pay for an easement? <br />Mr. Hovancsek clarified the County elected to stay within the right- <br />of-way and there would be no major costs. <br />Chief Stevens questioned if the traffic°signals would be a part of <br />the $307,000. Mr. Hovancsek replied that they were. <br />Mayor Beebe asked Chief Stevens if there was any news on the signal <br />for Heinens? <br />Chef Stevens stated the paperwork is still going through the red <br />tape. <br />Mr. Feneli reported the suit against the Aintree North Developer <br />regarding the cement problems has been filed. <br />Mr. Flynn commented he was pleased to see Mr. Henwood who is on <br />the Civil Service Commission present in the audience this evening. <br />~. - <br />Chief Stevens asked if there were any further progress with the <br />Police and Fire Exam. <br />Mr. Henwood replied there was none at this time. <br />Chief Stevens reported he hoped to select a dispatcher tomorrow <br />evening. <br />Mr. Grogan,,from the audience, inquired if the Village was going <br />to do any further work on Hickory Hill as it is really in bad <br />condition.' <br />Mr. Amendola stated as soon~as the Service Site is completed he <br />would be starting the crack filling again but that is the extent <br />of road repairs, to be done this year. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />
