Busa was elected and came forward for the Oath of
Office, administered by Mr. Avery.
Mr. Carmen stated that he would like to make two comments.
(1) He stated that he was a little bit disappointed with Council,
because after the Survey, which he realized was not the most
scientific Survey, Council was more interested in what was wrong
with the Survey;: no one ever expressed that more work needed to
be done, only gnat it was a bad tool conducted by biased people.
(2) He stated that he felt that anyone who showed desire for
their Candidate did so for the right reasons. He also stated that
Council is here for the good of the People and he has no doubt
that they will be able to work together as a Whole for the good
of the People.
Council went into an Executive Session at 8:20 P.M. to discuss
Personnel matters, .There would be no Legislation forthcoming
from this session.
