`~~ CJ <br />Council President Alan Bennett stated that Council has already <br />agreed to reopen this matter. <br />Ava Barrack, 1406 Orchard Heights, occupant of the Arco Station <br />at the corner of Wilson Mills/S.O.M. stated the property had <br />been sold and Arco only gave them ten days notice..that they <br />should be vacated. by October 31, She would like Council to <br />consider giving an extension of time to them. <br />Council President Alan Bennett stated the matter would be <br />discussed in tonight's executive session, following the Council <br />Meeting. <br />Mr. John Iafelice, 6707 Wildwood Trail, questioned if anything <br />was going to be done about the water problem on.their street. <br />Mayor Beebe stated that they were aware of the situation and <br />other areas in town were experiencing the same problem. <br />Mr. Guerin Avery arrived. (9:20 P.M.) <br />Mr. Bob Ehrhardt, 565 Timberline Trail,_suggested that stop signs <br />be installed on the street. <br />Mr. Hovancsek commented that the installation of stop signs at <br />Wildwood and Timberline could be looked into. <br />Mr. Bob Cotton, 6826 Meadowood, stated that they had received a <br />letter from Mr. Dale Feneli stating that the Eastgate Meadowood <br />storm sewer problem would be discussed at this meeting. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that the contents of the letter would be <br />discussed in the Executive Session tonight and he would have a, <br />response in tomorrow's mail.' <br />Mrs. Cotton questioned why the matter could not be discussed now. <br />Mr. Feneli stated the matter would~~not be discussed now as it was <br />a matter of potential litigation. <br />Mayor Beebe stated that the public should be aware that the <br />Village has spent over $20,000.00 on the storm sewer. <br />Mr. Bennett stated that the Open Portion of the meeting was now <br />closed. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of Council - September 15, 1980 - Mr. Bennett <br />stated the minutes had been corrected and there being no <br />objections, the minutes will stand as corrected. <br />
