Council agreed that this was a good idea. Miss <br />Trask to start working on the project. <br />The Meeting went into Executive Session at 9:10 P.M. <br />Council reconvened at 10:25 P.M. <br />Ordinance 80-68, entitled; "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING <br />HASKINS AND SELLS AS SIPECIAL FINANCIAL COUNSEL TO THE VILLAGE <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALIGNING BIDS ON VILLAGE NOTES AND BONDS." <br />Introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYE5: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Carmnn, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 80-68. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS : None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Bennett, with regret, made a motion to accept the resignation <br />of Robert M.
