? <br />Cemetery - Miss Trask stated there was no report. <br />Council of Councils - Mrs. Hanus stated there is a meeting <br />scheduled for the last Thursday of the month and between Mr. <br />Busa, Mr, Spellman, and herself, all Council of Councils Meetings <br />will be covered. She stated she has nothing to report, until the <br />next meeting is helde <br />Mr. Bennett questioned if-a problem might arise.in voting;-that <br />possibly only one member would be allowed to vote. <br />Mr. Busa stated he did not tliiizk there would be any problem. <br />Mrs. Hanus to check into the inatter. She will also request that <br />copies of the minutes of .the Council of Councils Meetings be <br />distributed to all members of Council, and she will also check <br />if dues are to be paid. Finance - Mr. Flynn stated tliat Finance will meet on the second <br />and fourth Mondays hereafter. He stated that the Committee met <br />on January 5, 1981o Topics of discussion were purchase order <br />procedures, Finance Director authorization, and sick leave record <br />keeping. . . <br />Planninq and Zoning --.Mr...Busa;.stated he had no report..as he took, <br />no seat at the last meeting. <br />Mr. Bennett explained that Mr. Busa had not been officially <br />appointed to the Committee when the last meeting was held. <br />Recreation/M.A.R.C. - Mr. Spellman stated that a Recreation <br />Meeting is scheduled for January 21 at 8:00 P.M. He stated'the <br />first item to be taken care of will be the election of Officers; <br />Director, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and a Secretary. Mr. Spellman- <br />stated he would like noted that he will no longer be attending <br />M.A.R.C..Meetings. He also stated he will continue to act as <br />liason and a system will be set up with Recreation members attending <br />meetings as alternates for him. He stated the question of Recreation <br />staying with M.A.R.C. had been discussed because the percentage of <br />the Village residents who participate in M.A.R.C. is only about 2/a-; <br />however, he feels it would be be-neficial to remain a member. He <br />statcd to remain a member the bill for $100.00, membership dues, <br />must be paid, which requires a motion by Council to authorize <br />payment. . <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize <br />the payment of $100.00 for membership in the Mayfield Area <br />Recreation Council (M.A.R..C.), <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NP;YS : None <br />-Motion Carried <br />Authorization Given <br />Mr. Spellman stated he would like <br />membership in the M.A.R.C. in his <br />next meeting of February 5, 1981. <br />to receive the check for <br />packet on the Friday before the <br />? <br />(. <br /> <br />r---? <br />?_J
