<br />Mr. Bennett stated that he would like the ordinance to be passed <br />with the understanding that it,may hav.e to be repealed. . <br />Mr. Avery to discuss. the matter w-ith th e.Financial Consultant. <br />Mr. Avery stated that before a municpality can issue a note to <br />the bank it has to be offered to the general fund, and the Finance <br />Director has indicated.he will not buy the note. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions:.
