He stated that the only action taken.was the Brau Supply <br />Company site p3an, which was accepted for concept only. <br />Mr. Feneli questioned if there is a Planning and.Zoning Meeting <br />scheduled for April 30, and if the Law Department is requested <br />to attend. <br />Mr. Amendola stated a letter from Mr. Avery regarding the sewer - <br />litigation is forthcoming and th at someone from the Law Department <br />should plan to attend the workshop meeting. -' <br />Mr. Feneli to check with Mr. Avery. <br />Recreation/MARC - Mr. Spellman stated that the minutes from the <br />last Recreation Meeting are in'Councils-packet. Mr, Spellman <br />stated, that regarding,th.e proposed increase for Gary Bill, that <br />any financial matter should go through him, as liason, as the <br />Recteation Board would"know`best as to whether or not the coordinator <br />should receive a pay increase. - <br />Safety and Service - Miss Trask stated that Safety and Service did <br />not meet..this month. <br />Community Buildinq - Mrs. Hanus stated that the Village Garage Sale <br />is this weekend, Apri1 25 and 26. She invited all to come. She <br />stated that people would be at the Service Building Wednesaay tga.tough <br />Friday pric:irig items for the sale. She stated that on May 10 the <br />Village Cooks are having a Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast at the <br />Service Building, from 9:00 A-.M.=to 2 P.M. Posters will be put up <br />soon. Proceeds to go to the Community,Building. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 81-17, entitled;."AN,ORDINANCE PROVIDING,FOR THE EMPLOYMENT <br />OF AN ENGINEER FOR MAYFIELD VILLP,GE, OHIO." Introduced by Council <br />as a Whole. • Discussion was held and it was decided that the contract-is for two <br />years. Section F-of the Ordinance should be changed to read one (1) <br />not two (2) monthly caucus, meetings. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance,to be read on three.separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried- <br />Rules Suspended.
