Introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Given first reading: `Resolution 81-23, entitled; "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING.THE TR.ANSFER <br />OF THE EMPLOYEE HOSPITALIZATION AND MEDICAL COVERAGE PLAN FROM THE <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE CO. TO THE AETNA LIFE AND CASUALTY CO.1 AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
