He st?Lted that Mr. Beranek did not show up for the hearing <br />on May ll and it has been rescheduled for the end of the month. <br />Discussion was held regarding items that were taken from the <br />Arco.Station that should belong to.the Vi.llage. Council and- Mr. Fen.eli agreed •that Mr. Amendola should have a <br />Police report made, listing the merchandise removed from the . ? <br />building and the approximate value. <br />Mr. Feneli to contact the Prosecutor, Mr. Feudo, "*as to ttie-theft <br />taken place. <br />Council recessed for an Executive Session at 8:35-P..M. <br />Council'reconvened'at 9:15 P:M. <br />Ordinance 81-21, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARY, COMPENSATION <br />AND RATES.OF PAY,'AND O'I'-HER TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR..VARIOUS OFFICES <br />AND DEPARTMEN''S. OF THE .MUNICIPP,L GOVERNMENT, FROM AND AFTER JANCJARY <br />l, 1981 AND REPEALING OTHER ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />The changes made.in the ordinance in Executive Session were reviewed <br />and the Law Department to make the corrections. <br />Mr. Spellman, seconded by Mr. Busa; made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All <br /> <br />NAY5: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bennett asked if there were any comments for discussion <br />regarding this ordinance.'.There were none. <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mr. Spellman, made.a motion to pass <br />Ordinance 81-21. .?. ? . . . <br />Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed <br />
