0". <br />? <br />? <br />Mr. Carmen mentioned that Mr. Baylor had not been interested enough <br />to submit the additional information we had requested. <br />Mrs. Ruggles commented that in her opinion these companies were not <br />very effective. <br />Mayor Beebe stated the matter should be tabled. <br />Mayor Beebe questioned Mr. Avery where.we'stapd,rega`rding the <br />$1,500.00 owed us by J& A Towing. ` Mr, Avery stated that a default judgement had been made a week ago <br />and that they must find assetsthat are not subject to mortgage <br />and it may require wage garnishment etc. <br />Mayor Beebe questioned the condition on Wildwood Trail. <br />Mr. Avery stated he'would.prefer to Aibmit a written report on <br />that sub:ject, and it will be submitted before the Special Meeting <br />of July°13.' ? Mr. Flynn stated that Mr. Etzler had attended the Special Drainage <br />Meeting of June 24 in Highland Heights. <br />Mr. Etzler briefed Council on what took place at the meeting. <br />Mr. Avery verified that there were no Cou,nty funds for these projects. <br />He stated he felt the problems regardi?ngI the.Beechhill Pumping-Station <br />may be rectified and the lawsuit couTd be dropped.` He'stated that Mr. <br />Feneli had a complete report regarding the pretrial held. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />There being no object'ions, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />
