<br />Mr. Amendola stated a present:ation.was made by Mr. Logalbo regarding <br />a different proposal for the revamping of the stores at the corner <br />of SOM/Seneca which was tabled uritil the workshop meeting o f the. <br />24th. He stated the site plan had.a minor change that was approved <br />by the Engineer. He stated that everything was.set on the Brau <br />Supply Company site plan. <br />Recreation/M.A.R.C. - Mr. Spellman stated that M.A.R.C. will be <br />holding their annual Art Show in the Mayfield Community Center on <br />October 2, 3, and 4. He stated the Recreation Board will be. <br />holding their Halloween Party on October 24. <br />Safety & Service - Since Miss Trask was not present there was no <br />report. <br />Community Building - Mrs. Hanus stated that in order to be able to <br />have the shell up by winter, $1,000.00 is needed; asking Council <br />and Mrs. Ruggles for assist. <br />Council directed the Law Director to prepare an ordinance amending <br />the current appropriations. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no topic for discussion. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />There was no topic for discussion. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR AND OFFICIALS <br />Mr. Spellman stated that per, Chief Stevens, construction will be <br />starting on the traffic signal at Heinen's prior to the first of <br />the year. Mr. Spellman stated that the bike path has been completed. <br />Chief Stevens stated that, regarding the traffic signal project <br />with Highland Heights, a purchase order has been approved for <br />our share of the costv <br />Mrs. Hanus stated she would like to thank the Community Room <br />Committee members who attended this meeting. <br />Mr. Feneli stated regarding the ordinance requiring the replacement <br />of the trees on Wildwood and Timberline, he made some proposals <br />of how the ordinance should be amended, which he sent to the <br />Landscape Architect. He stated he received a reply from the Landscape <br />Architect, Mr. Rinaldi, and asked Council if they wished him to <br />prepare an ordinance following the recommendations of Mr. Rinaldi.
