I 4? 1 Mr. Amendola disagreed with this suggestion. Mr. Flynn stated Council should not go against the ruling of the Architectural Review Board. Council agreed as the matter could be precedent setting. Council agreed to hold a Special Meeting on November 9th, after the Marathon representatives have made their presentation to the Architectural Review Board and the Board of Appeals. CONSIDERATIOPd OF DJ?NUTES Speci_al b2eeting of October 5, 1981.- i14r. Flynn stated the minutes had been reviewed and there being no objections, will stand as written. COUNCIL PRESIDENT'S COMNIENTS Mr. Flynn stated there would be no executive session this evening as planned as Mr. Feneli is not present. He stated the matters to be discussed were concerning insurance, Haskins and Sells, the Cortright case, the Aintree pavertlent problerriy and the Water iervice Agreement. STANDA.RD CO:ViMITTEE RE?ORTS Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola stated the Architectural Revie;u Board met last ihursd.ay to review tlze drawings submitted by the contractor for the Fire Department roof. He stated the Architectural Review Board made some recommendations to the contractor of changes to be made. He stated the contractor will be starting tomorrow_to remove the rust from the roof,weather permitting. He stated the contractor may not be able to meet his completion date of October 26 because of weather conditions. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola stated there was no need for a Board of Appeals Meeting this rronth. Cemetery - Miss Trask stated she had no report. Council of Councils - Mrs. Hanus stated Mr. Busa had agreed to attend the Council of Councils Meeting, and Mr. Busa being absent, there is no report. Finance - Mr. Flynn asked Mr. Spellman if he could report on Finance for Mr. Busa. Mr. Spellman stated he has no input asking Mrs. Ruggles for any cornment. Mrs. Ruggles had no comment.
